Drop Off
Before you arrive at drop off, please group your items by size and gender so that we can quickly hang items on the proper racks.
We will be checking items in and ask that you schedule a time for drop off. We ask that you allow enough time to check for quality and season. Walk-ins will be seen as time allows. Please do not be offended if we do not accept some of your items. The lighting is very different and can show stains that would otherwise be missed at home. You are welcome to take them home to clean them and bring them back by 2pm on presale day. Also, check the stain removal section on our Hints and Tips page.
Drop and Dash
If you do not have time to wait while we check your items, you can leave them for us to inspect as we have time but you will be considered Drop and Dash. Because we do not have storage space, unacceptable items from Drop and Dash consignors will be donated to charity PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SALE.
Pick Up
Items will be sorted and ready for you to take at pick-up. Be sure to check the Lost Tags/Lost Items area for anything that may be yours.
Please arrange to pick up your items at the scheduled time. If someone is picking up for you, they must know your consignor number and name to match. All items not picked up before 11:00am will be donated to charity at 11:15am.
If you would like to donate your unsold items to charity, just check the Donate box on the consignor agreement.
