Consignor Registration

Anyone can consign with Hand Me Ups. Our consignors receive 70% of their sales, less an $8 fee. Consignors also shop special preview sales before the public sale and the half-price sale AND receive one guest pass for each preview sale.

To consign you just need to follow a few steps:

First:

Online registration is now closed. We continue to accept consignors on a walk-in basis until 8pm Wed, March 14.

Your consignor number is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name and the last 4 digits of your phone number. ex: LD3814

If you've consigned with another sale in the area, we can probably work with the number you were assigned there as long as it's a combination of letters and numbers. In addition, if you've consigned with another sale using My Consignment Manager, you can simply transfer your inventory. We do ask you to check your merchandise carefully to see why it didn't sell. Does it need to be cleaned? Should you change the price? Put a better description on the card? If you do need to change a tag, please make a new one rather than crossing out information. This helps protect you, the seller and prevents confusion at purchase.

Second:

Be sure you have at least 30 sellable items or one large item. If you are wanting to attend the presale but don't have enough items to sell, consider Volunteering. We have a variety of shifts available and can accommodate pregnant and nursing moms when given enough notice. Don't have the time to Volunteer, consider bringing a Meal!

Third:

Be sure you read and understand the Consignor Agreement. We will need a signed copy on file for you to participate. You can print this out and bring it with you or sign one when you drop off your items. Your presale passes will be issued to you when we receive the agreement.

Finally:

Prepare your merchandise as outlined in the Merchandise section and bring it to drop off.

Be sure to arrange to pick up your unsold items following the sale. Your check will be mailed to you 5 business days following the sale.
